How to contact us
For any issue with the app, write to us at contact@zenevo.ro. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.
So we can help you quickly, include in your message, if you can:
- your phone model and system version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 19);
- what you were trying to do and what happened instead;
- a screenshot, if relevant.
Problems with credits or payments
- If a generation fails, the credit is refunded to your account automatically. If you don't see it back, write to us.
- If you bought a pack and the credits didn't appear, first try Account → Restore purchases, then contact us.
- Refund requests are processed through Apple / Google, per the Terms & Conditions.
Report content
If you've seen a clip generated with AutoBlaze that breaks the law or our content rules (for example, it contains identifiable people without consent, or illegal material), send us the clip link and a short description at contact@zenevo.ro, with the subject "Report content". We review every report and remove content that violates the terms. You can also report directly from the app: Account → Report content.
