From the app (recommended)
You can delete your account and associated data directly from the app, in a few steps:
- open AutoBlaze and go to the Account tab;
- tap Manage account;
- choose Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately.
What is deleted
- uploaded photos and generated clips;
- account data and the authentication account (including the Apple/Google link);
- remaining credits, including purchased ones — permanently lost and non-refundable.
What may be kept
Payment records may be kept for the period required by legal obligations, and usage data and error reports held by our processors are removed per their retention policies. Details in the Privacy Policy.
No longer have access to the app?
Write to us at contact@zenevo.ro with the subject "Account deletion", from the address linked to the Apple/Google account you used to sign in, and we will delete the account for you. If you used the app only as a guest (without an Apple/Google account), the data cannot be linked to an email address — deletion is done exclusively from the app, on the phone you used it on.
