About the service
AutoBlaze (the "app") turns photos of your car into short, AI-generated video clips. The service is operated by Zenevo SRL, CUI RO45678179, înregistrată la Registrul Comerțului sub nr. J08/509/2022, cu sediul în Str. Orizontului nr. 6, Sânpetru, jud. Brașov, România. By using the app, you accept these terms.
Your account
The app automatically creates an anonymous account; optionally, you can link it to Apple or Google to keep your clips across devices. You are responsible for the activity in your account. The app is intended for people who are at least 16 years old; if you do not have full legal capacity, you need the consent of a parent or guardian to make purchases.
Credits and payments
- Generating clips consumes credits, sold in consumable packs.
- Payments are made exclusively through the App Store / Google Play.
- Credits are added to your account after payment is confirmed.
- Purchased credits do not expire for as long as your account exists; when the account is deleted, any remaining credits are lost (see section 11).
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be converted into money.
- Demo generation. New users may receive a single free demo generation. The demo clip is a preview: it stays locked in the app (it cannot be saved or shared) until the first purchase of any credit pack, which unlocks it automatically without consuming credits. If the demo generation fails, no compensation is due (no credit was consumed).
Refunds and the right of withdrawal
Refund requests are processed through Apple or Google, per their policies. Credits are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. By purchasing, you give your express agreement to the immediate start of performance and confirm that you acknowledge you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, in accordance with art. 16 lit. m) of Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. If a generation fails, the consumed credit is refunded to your account automatically.
Restoring purchases
The "Restore purchases" feature syncs your account with your App Store / Google Play purchase history. Credits already used are not restored.
Your content (uploaded photos)
- Upload only photos of your car or photos for which you hold the necessary rights.
- Do not upload photos of identifiable people.
- Do not upload illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
- You grant us a limited license to store and process the photos, strictly for generating and hosting your clips.
Generated clips
- The clips generated for you belong to you: to the extent permitted by law, we assign to you all rights we hold in them, and you may use them for personal or commercial purposes.
- AI-generated content may not be unique; similar results may be generated for other users. We do not guarantee accuracy or any particular result.
- Clips generated for free may include a watermark.
Acceptable use
Abusive use of the service is prohibited: automating access, reverse engineering, circumventing technical limitations, or using the service for illegal content.
Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) — for example, for maintenance or changes of providers. We will make reasonable efforts to announce significant changes in advance.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". AI-generated results may vary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Termination
You can delete your account from the app at any time. When the account is deleted, your photos, clips, and any remaining credits (including purchased ones) are permanently lost and non-refundable. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you have a complaint, write to us first at contact@zenevo.ro — we usually resolve it directly. As a consumer, you may also use alternative dispute resolution through ANPC — SAL or the competent courts.
